Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Blake worked in the public relations and media industries for several years gaining in-depth knowledge of marketing and presentation. He also worked with a wide spectrum of clients, including high-profile individuals and brands, giving him the ability to meet everyone’s high expectations.
Born with real estate in his blood, Blake comes from a long line of real estate entrepreneurs and developers. Growing up, family dinner discussions revolved around real estate office activity, fundamentals of finance and investments, and the ebbs and flows of the industry. Summers were spent working on property maintenance crews, and later in leasing and management offices. While Blake departed from the world of real estate after graduating from university in 2009, Manhattan eventually brought him back “home” to the real estate industry.
Blake has lived below 14th Street for the past 7 years and has extensive knowledge of each downtown neighborhood, from historical backdrops to current trends. “Downtown Manhattan is absolutely fascinating.
